Cooking Ideas: 2014




 The vegetarian hot pot with noodles





 White chocolate chip pancakes with slices of red and green apple



Spinach, mushrooms, carrots with a roasted garlic Parmesan sauce pasta, Asparagus with green onion, and mixed salad with cucumber
Fajita style breakfast With a pico de gallo salsa .


 I made a traditional chao ga , which is a traditional Vietnamese chicken rice porridge. I also made chicken salad with slices of bell-peppers, fresh-cut mints, celery and iceberg lettuce with freshly squeezed lemon and chili sauce as dressing. Time for traditional Vietnamese lunch. #vietnamese
  Vietnamese style fried chicken with steamed jasmine rice. Also with iceberg lettuce, carrots, fresh chopped mints, and tomato salad. #vietnamese #style #cooking #salad #dinner







 Korean style pork. I used hot pepper paste (gochujang 고추장), sesame seeds, soy sauce and sugar as marinade for pork. You can make a wrap with iceberg lettuce, pork and Jasmine rice also.





I made a organic tender stem broccoli,shredded carrots, season with sea salt and black pepper. Stir-fry everything in Spanish extra virgin olive oil.
